                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                   LEASE AGREEMENT WITH KANDY KASTLE DAY CARE
                   CENTER RELATIVE TO THE LEASE OF THE DODSON
                   AVENUE CENTER FOR A TERM COMMENCING ON APRIL
                   1, 1991 AND EXPIRING ON APRIL 1, 1994, FOR
                   AN ANNUAL AMOUNT OF SIX THOUSAND FOUR
                   HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE AND NO/100 DOLLARS

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Lease Agreement with Kandy Kastle Day Care Center
       relative to the lease of the Dodson Avenue Center for a term
       commencing on April 1, 1991 and expiring on April 1, 1994, for an 

       annual amount of $6,463.00.
